International Center
The International Center aims to contribute to promote comprehensive and effective international exchanges in accordance with the mission and the long-term goals of the University of Fukui by integrating international exchange activities with regard to education and research. The center is mainly responsible for the following matters:
International Education Section
- Offer advising and guidance for international students
- Support exchange activities between international students and local communities
- Promote activities of the University of Fukui Alumni Society
- Provide support and guidance for studying abroad
International Exchange Section
- Promote academic exchange with overseas institutions
- Develop partnerships with overseas educational and research institutions
- Dispatch our faculty members abroad and accept international researchers
- Offer support for international cooperation on academic exchange and research
International Affairs Division
Sharing the mission of the International Center, the International Affairs Division handles general administrative work related to the International Center as well as support for promoting international exchanges like as acceptance of international researchers, conclusion of academic exchange agreements with overseas institutions, dispatch of students abroad, acceptance of international students, and provision of assistance for students and faculty involved in these matters.
