2019-Fall Entrance Ceremony was held on Oct 1st at Academy Hall in Bunkyo Campus of the University of Fukui. 24 new postgraduate students were welcomed to the Graduate School of Medical Science and the Graduate School of Engineering.
President, Dr. Takanori Ueda, made an encouraging speech to them, saying, “It is important for you to gain experiences and think hard on your own initiative. In order to get academic degrees, you will be required to show solid experimental data, and logical and detailed consideration. But at the same time, it is a good opportunity for you to get your own way of thinking, which could be leading you to a new discovery. I’m looking forward to having a nice dialog with you all, who are stepping forward with high spirit.”
